Dr. Shulk and Murp

A concept I was working on to attempt a design for Patch Together. Sadly I wasn't thinking too well and failed to realize over half way through the amount of weight that would've surely broke off Shulk's left arm if it were to have been made *face palm*

Oh well, still really dug the design and used it as a chance to play around more with some 2tone shading.

The chap on the left is the always grim and serious Dr. Shulk, and after rummaging through some of his old creations, he stumbles upon an unlabeled bottle. He reluctantly pops the top and out jumps his ever faithful, if not completely stupid, minion Murp!

The doctor's been happy ever since..... and by happy I mean miserable....

Definitely going to using these characters again in the future, hope you like 'em!
